Situated on over seven acres, this 20 door cross dock terminal features a Butler pre-engineered metal building with an MR-24 standing seam metal roof. Bremco's in house concrete crew placed site concrete and tilt up walls for the loading dock which has been designed for future expansion. Site work includes over 110,000 SF of asphalt paving, yard lighting, two on site fire hydrants and storm water retention basins.
