Constructed to service the Queen Mary tourist complex and adjacent Port of Long Beach docks, this essential facility features an increased structural design to account for potential seismic activity. With full height, brick wall panels 8 to 10 feet in width, this Butler metal building utilizes a CMR-24 standing seam roof system with rigid board insulation, liner panel and interior flat Stylwall panels. All flashings for the building were hand crafted at the job site.
