Bremco was hired by the Owners to build this Auto Dismantling yard after showing them a similar project we built two miles away. With masonry block to 8’ high as an abuse wall, this Butler building features Butlerib II wall and roof panels with ridgevents, skylights and clerestory windows in the warehouse for the storage of Japanese Truck parts. An aluminum storefront door system opens into the 1,380 SF of office space allowing the sales desk to seamlessly interact with their customers. The five overhead truck doors allow large truck parts to move freely within the warehouse and the 34,060 SF site.
