Located in the industrial district of Fresno, this design build solution for a 70 door cross dock facility for LTL truck operations uses a pre-engineered Butler metal structure for the building envelope. Construction of the terminal was expedited through the use of concrete tilt up construction for the dock walls by Bremco's in house concrete crew. Approximately 6,000 SF of the building houses offices for sales, management and logistics. The building is fully fire sprinklered including two private on site hydrants.
