Constructed on the site of a sugar beet processing plant dating back to the turn of the 19th century, this modern warehouse and office facility boasts a fire sprinkler system designed to high-pile storage standards, dock high doors and warehouse capacity for a future crane way. The 2,400 SF of interior office space, featuring slate tile entry and granite counter tops also has the structural integrity for a second story.
