Comprised of three separate buildings on a land area totaling more than 11 acres, Summit Springs features concrete tilt up construction with 31’ high panels, interior clear height of 24’ and a panelized roof system. Designed for a variety of warehousing products, all buildings are equipped with ESFR fire sprinkler systems (Early Suppression Fast Response) and an on-site fire pump house. The dock high truck loading areas also feature knock out panels to easily accommodate future expansion.
