Working with the Owners on a design-build basis, Bremco assembled a dedicated team including the architect, mechanical, electrical and plumbing contractors to streamline the planning and construction process. Featuring three buildings on a 135,000 SF site, this business park utilized concrete tilt-up construction performed by Bremco’s in house concrete crew.
