Built specifically for the Department of Social Services, this building includes general office space, conference rooms and training centers for more than 350 full time employees who service the needs of the residents of Riverside County. Utilizing concrete tilt-up construction and a hybrid roof system, the facility is also equipped with a variable air volume HVAC system with two nominal 60-ton, water cooled, indoor air conditioning units and digital controls. Water, sewer and power were brought to this 6.75 acre site with a landscaped and paved area of 242,000 SF. A new street was installed at the West end of the property, in addition to street improvements along Mission Boulevard which include a new public sidewalk, curb, gutter and an expanded street.
