This state of the art recycling center allowed the Client to expand their program which assists local at-risk youth through a combination of work, conservation and education programs. This energy efficient building features sustainable components such as lighting occupancy sensors, skylights, cool roof panels and drought resistant landscaping. In addition to the cost effective nature of a pre engineered metal building, the Client was able to satisfy the architectural demands of the City officials by providing a customized entry façade featuring cedar siding, aluminum storefront glass and sunshade canopies.
